Well my name is Patrick Damen, born in the year 1973 in the Netherlands. Nowadays I work for an independent consultancy firm as a Consultant with a focus on Server Based Computing.

 

Back in 1998 I started my professional career in the world known as Information Technology.

Since then I’ve worked with all Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems (NT3.51, NT4.0, Windows 200x) and the major Microsoft client OSses (WfW3.11, Windows 9x, NT4, 2000, XP, Vista & 7). Besides the Microsoft products I (like most of the IT professionals) became involved with Virtualization solutions like Citrix (presentation Virtualization), VMware (hardware Virtualization) and Softgrid .. uhm Microsoft (software Virtualization). Nowadays the companies mentioned above are fishing in the same virtualization pond which contains all solutions mentioned above.
